This season of Titans we will actually see Bruce Wayne as Game of Thrones alum, Iain Glen has been cast in that role. Will we see him suit up as Batman? That remains to be seen. Titans season 2 will introduce even more characters from the DC Universe including Aqualad, Deathstroke, Ravager, Superboy, Krypto and more. We will also be seeing the return of Conor Leslie’s Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl.
But wait there is more! A new report from Titans Access via Instagram indicates that Titans season 2 will also introduce the Man of Steel himself, Superman. The site does mention that Superman will be much like Batman from season one, mostly mentions and some shots of him from the shadows. Currently Superman is on a break from the DCEU as WB and DC figure out what to do next but he is being showcased on CW’s Crisis on Infinite Earth’s story line as Tyler Hoechlin is set to return as Superman and former Superman actor Brandon Routh will suit up once more as the Man of Steel.
I am not sure how accurate Titans Access is with their news but as a huge Superman fan I must say I hope this turns out to be true and maybe in Titans season 3 we can get the real deal.
