Thanos’s Childhood is Something Marvel Wants to Explore

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”23893″ img_size=”900×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Thanos joined the ranks of most memorable villains in the MCU with Loki and Killmonger, so much so that some fans considered Thanos’s mission in Avengers: Infinity War wasn’t illogical. While we saw a little bit of a background of Thanos, apparently we might get more of a backstory of the Titan in the future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The EVP of Production for Marvel Studios and the executive producer for Captain Marvel stated:

“To be honest with you I’ve always been interested in Thanos’ childhood and although I don’t know if we will see it in one of our movies, I think it’s important to know how he became who he was.”

Considering we are getting The Eternals within the next year or so and Thanos comes from that species, we might have an open door to the possibility of exploring more of this character. Josh Brolin did such a powerful performance in Infinity War and Endgame, so it will be nice to see him back if the MCU so chooses.

Would you want to see more Thanos?
