The Division 2 PC Only Private Beta Live Now

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”16271″ img_size=”900×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]In anticipation of The Division 2’s open beta next month, Ubisoft is holding yet another private beta in the form of a technicalities test for the game. The beta is live right now for select players only however unlike the games previous private beta this is exclusively available on PC only and will be live from February 21-22.

According to Ubisoft the reason behind this test is to “assess a certain amount of fixes [it has] implemented based on your feedback following the Private Beta.” Only players who have received an invitation to the beta via their email are eligible to play whereas the games first private beta was available on all platforms for any players who pre-ordered The Division 2.

As for what those luckily PC players will get to experience, they will be able to play most of the content that was available in the games previous beta however, Conflict, Endgame, and Photo Mode will not be included. The beta may seem a little lonely for some unfortunately as the chosen players will be unable to invite friends to try it out.

But what if you didn’t pre-order and what if you wernt selected or like myself play on console? Well, don’t fear because the games open beta will be available for all players on PC, PS4, and Xbox One from March 1-4. The Division 2 launches on March 15 and so if you are still undecided on the game the open beta will be a perfect time to jump in and try it out for yourself.

Obviously, we’ll have to wait for the beta to see how the game plays but its future does sound promising with Ubisoft already announcing that the game will have a much more developed Endgame than its predecessor with a big surprise still install for players, as well a completely free DLC lined up for post-launch content.
