‘The Flash’ Production Confirmed For February

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”1865″ img_size=”700×400″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][vc_column_text]We got word the other day that The Flash film would be going into production starting February 2019. Now DEADLINE has confirmed Production Weekly’s report. Jonathan Goldstein & John Francis Daley are set to direct with a script written by Joby Harold. The film will see Ezra Miller reprise his role as the scarlet speedster and Kiersey Clemons is also set to star as Iris West and Billy Crudup returning as Henry Allen.

No other details about the film were provided but the previously speculated Flashpoint storyline seems scrapped for now. Jefferey Dean Morgan has expressed interest in coming back to the DC Universe to play Thomas Wayne but that seems unlikely for now. It is good to finally hear we are getting The Flash film up and running after two director changes and a complete script rewrite.
