[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”17564″ img_size=”800×449″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]It was officially confirmed last night on Raw that Triple H and Batista will compete in a No Holds Barred match at WrestleMania 35. Batista would say in the segment that it would be his last match.
WWE planted the seeds for this match at the 1000th episode of Smackdown last fall in a segment involving Evolution. It has long been known that Batista wanted his last match to be against the King of Kings at a WrestleMania.
The two previously competed in a series of matches in 2005 starting with the main event of WrestleMania 21, where Batista won his first World Heavyweight Championship. The feud ended 2 months later at the Vengeance PPV in a classic Hell in a Cell match. The two haven’t competed against each other on tv since.
