Having a good day, excited for the upcoming holiday season? It seems as though 2018 has gone by in the blink of an eye, which can be both a good thing and a bad thing; good in that we’re one step closer to the 2019 movie season and bad because, well, 2018 honestly hasn’t sucked like some of the previous years. Well, all of our favorite CW superhero shows have finally had their season premieres and its safe to say that the 2018-19 season is going to be a good one. All eyes should be especially on The Flash which is entering it’s fifth season, arguably one of the most important seasons of a TV show’s run. So when we last left our intrepid band of metahumans and misfits, things where getting very interesting. They’d just stopped a murderous madman named Clifford DeVoe who viewed humanity as substantially less than worthy of the intelligence they were given in his evil plot to turn us all into apes. Defeating DeVoe and…

Nerds everywhere have begun to celebrate as one of pop culture’s most respected actors is making his return to the Star Trek franchise: Sir Patrick Stewart has officially announced his role in an upcoming Star Trek television series as Jean-Luc Picard during this year’s Star Trek Las Vegas convention. Few details have been released about the new star trek series or Picard’s role within it – indeed, there is speculation as to whether or not Picard will even don the title of Captain – but Stewart did indicate that this show will continue the plot after the events of Star…

A new image of Tom Hardy in full Al Capone garb has been released from the upcoming biographical tale Fonzo. The movie focuses on an aging Capone as he returns from his 10-year prison stint and begins a long battle with dementia. The aforementioned image shows a barely-recognizable Hardy sporting a thinning hairline and period-perfect suit, chomping down on the end of a fat cigar. Here’s the First Look at Tom Hardy as Al Capone in “Fonzo”. #Fonzo #TomHardy pic.twitter.com/pApo7QE25Z — The Nerd Rage Podcast (@TheNerdRagePod) August 1, 2018 Hardy was first cast in the role of Al Capone back…

The idea of a Kraven the Hunter movie has been bounced around the airways for some time now, with Colombia Pictures president Sanford Panitch having given out some heavy-handed non-answers in recent interviews. The hiring of Richard Wenk would seem to solidify Sony’s efforts and, in all, brings the world one step closer to enjoying a Kraven-centric movie. For those who are not familiar…
