Resurrected is back for its fifth installment which yet again explored new and interesting ideas resulting in the issue having its fair share of twists and turns all whilst wrapping up the story with a satisfying conclusion and still somehow finding room for some gripping action with the first half of the issue having a spy-thriller type vibe to it. The issue ends with the same core characters it began with which has its benefits and drawbacks but ultimately resulted in yet another great issue to round off this fantastic comic. Plot Resurrected #5, written by Christian Carnouche with artwork…

NetherRealm Studios is continuing its Mortal Kombat 11 build up as they tease fans with yet more character reveals to fill up the games growing roster. New as well as returning fighters have been revealed thus far and all of them look absolutely stunning. Don’t worry if your favorite isn’t on this list however as more characters are sure to be announced in the coming weeks before the game eventual launch. In the meantime, let’s take a look at those who will definitely be throwing down come April. Scorpion What would a Mortal Kombat game be without Scorpion? Sub-Zero…
In a world plagued with sickness, disease, and danger, it’s down to Jason, one of many Ax-Men, a group of skilled hitmen, who swaps his doctor’s coat and scalpel for a holster and body armor who is tasked with hunting down and eliminating anyone unfortunate enough to be infected with a mysterious deadly virus in an attempt to stop its spread and save what remains of humanity. An interesting take on the whole “Virus outbreak” story which doesn’t exactly go full on Zombie apocalypse but is full of emotional weight and interesting dilemmas. Story The first issue of Ax-Man, written…
So after playing all that the Anthem demo has to offer over the last couple of days I have to say the game is looking to have a rough road ahead. Okay, that might sound really negative to start off with and I don’t want to just trash the game because Anthem has some things in it I genuinely love, but unfortunately, it appears the awful VIP demo wasn’t a one-off with many of its problems transitioning to the open demo too. The Good Let’s start off with the things I love about Anthem. The core gameplay is about as…
Assassin’s Creed: Locus is a short 4 part comic which acts as a tie-in for 2015’s Syndicate between the main game and Jack The Ripper DLC. Like most entries in the franchise, this comic is a mixed bag. Over its 4 issues, there’s a good few moments sprinkled throughout such as fantastic action that perfectly encapsulated the games own combat, a couple of decent laughs and a fair bit of fan service which if you enjoyed Syndicate you’ll appreciate. That being said there are also some major issues I had with the comic which whilst annoying thankfully don’t affect the…
Geek Girl issue #4 not only did a great job of building up some of its core characters but also introduced us to some new ones which feel just as strong and finally gave us a proper look at the League, sorry Legion of Larcenists which resulted in what was probably one of the best battles of the whole comic so far. Seeing an old heroine back in action and finally seeing some of the members of the legion be developed a little bit more was a breath of fresh air and an action-packed one at that. Plot Geek Girl…
February is rolling around and with it comes a whole host of brand new titles for PlayStation Plus owners. Unfortunately, this will be the last time PS Plus will include PS3 and PSvita titles because as of March 2019 they will no longer be on offer. I will be sad to see them go, especially because the old retro PS3 games can sometimes be some of the coolest games up for grabs on here but hopefully, this change will mean even more support and hopefully more titles for us PS4 players. With all that out the way, February is easily…

The games early success has also resulted in the Resident Evil franchise as a whole selling over 88 million units since the franchise’s initial debut all the way back in 1996. Capcom also updated Resident Evil 7’s sales figures showing us that it has sold up to 6 million copies, making Resident…
