In the category of “you think WE’VE got problems,” game players in Japan have run into a shortage of Marvel’s Spider-Man for the PlayStation 4. Brisk sales have caused perspective gamers trouble locating it as they have almost sold out of the physical copies of the popular game. At this point, most fans who have yet to purchase the game has been relegated to purchasing the digital version. Media Create, who tracks such data, shared sales numbers for Marvel’s Spider-Man that showed the game had sold over 125,000 copies during just its first week in sales. Because of this sales…

As a long time fan of the Fantastic Four and an admitted hopeless romantic, an event is transpiring that has been in the making since not long after her first introduction in issue#8 way back in 1962. Marvel proudly presents: The Wedding of Ben Grimm and Alicia Masters. (Please hold down the applause people). Ben Grimm and Alicia have been on and off again partners for over 50 years (in comic years anyways). Finally they are tying the proverbial knot in Fantastic Four issue#5.  Here is the cover (suitable for framing in MY humble opinion) Along with the Happy announcement,…

With that in mind, in a FandomWire exclusive, it is reported that “Warner Bros. Television has ordered a 13-episode live-action series starring iconic DC heroine, Batgirl, to add to their DC Universe streaming service.” At this moment, not much is currently known about the series, whether that be a perspective premiere date, what possible story the first season will be based on, or how it will be connected…

If not, it’s not surprising as that was awhile ago and it never made it past pre-production when things fell apart. That still doesn’t mean that Cage, who is a great fan of comics and has portrayed Marvel’s The Ghost Rider in two films, doesn’t have an opinion on the current Superman situation. Following reports earlier this week Henry Cavill may be out as the DCEU’s Superman, Cage said he’s an admirer…

This featured the survivors of the Thanos universe cleansing SNAP! at the end of Avengers: Infinity War as well as Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel. Recently, hi-resolution photos of that previously released artwork have found their way online for fans to peruse and speculate on. Five of the these individual character images were uploaded to Fandom’s Marvel Cinematic Universe Wiki page. Among these images, there is included one of the Hulk in a new outfit. This bodes well…

Fans of The WB’s Smallville were rewarded to see Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor, and his battles with Clark Kent. While it has been over seven years since the show has ended, it appears you can take the man away from Lex Luthor, but you can’t take Lex Luthor out of the man, as Rosenbaum wouldn’t mind another crack as Superman’s villainous super genius foil. When responding to the reports of Henry Cavill potentially leaving the role of Superman in future cinematic appearances, Rosenbaum chimed in with a humorous tongue-in-cheek comment. https://twitter.com/michaelrosenbum/status/1040683254993416192?s=21 Rosenbaum apparent shot at the current Lex, Jesse Eisenberg, who has…

As a general rule, most people are not vindictive by nature and would not wish harm on others, but sometimes, just sometimes, our baser nature takes over and we just want to see some people get what they deserve. As you go through the 7 seasons of Game of Thrones, there are some characters that you couldn’t help wonder: “When are they going to get what’s coming to them?” In this segment of ‘Game of Thrones’ Valar Morghulis, we will examine the deaths of those “who just deserved to die.” Joffrey Baratheon: Crimes Committed on his Command – The Beheading of…

Apparently dealing with the Walking Dead still leaves you with some free time on your hands. To fill that space,  TV Insider is reporting that Xander Berkeley has joined the cast of Supergirl for the CW series’ upcoming fourth season. Berkeley will be playing the role of Peter Lockwood who is the father of anti-alien hardliner Ben Lockwood/Agent Liberty (Sam Witwer). Peter is described in the character bio as “a middle-class factory owner struggling to make ends meet in a world that’s rapidly changing due to the rise of aliens from outer space living amongst us. He’s proud and single-minded, a family…

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”5769″ img_size=”750X400″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]With the continued debate about the apparent end of Henry Cavill’s time as the Man of Steel (I say apparent because I still believe that when an actual script is ready and there is money to be made, this may still work itself out), many people have commented about who the next actor to fill Cavill’s red boots might be. For some however, Cavill IS Superman. You can put longtime Superman artist and writer Dan Jurgens in that category. When the news of Cavill’s departure came down yesterday, Jurgens took to his Twitter feed to show his…

What do you do when your Dad’s main purpose seems to be to see you come apart? That was the way things were for Karen Gillan’s Nebula. The last time we saw her she was stuck on Titan with Tony Stark after Daddy snapped his fingers, and some necks, and some bones, etc. etc. While most of the main filming for upcoming Avengers 4 took place during the production of Infinity War, there are still some reshoots and additional sequences being filmed as…
