Not only that, but that this firing would be one of the most controversial moments within the MCU’s history as it divided people and even caused certain cast members to step forward and state that they wished to be done with Marvel because of the decision to let Gunn go. Now, Gunn is back. Disney has…

Which, made the fourth’s episode conclusion all the harder to watch, as we were given a heartbreaking layer to the god of technology that no one was expecting to see. All expertly acted by Bruce Langley, who sat down to speak about his character and how he is “more human than he lets on”, as well as how new as he actually is. (Interview provided by io9) io9:…

Not only is Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn writing and directing this film, but we have the news that Idris Elba is replacing Will Smith as Deadshot, Jai Courtney may be coming back, and that we will be seeing such characters as King Shark, Polka-Dot Man, Ratcatcher, and Peacemaker. Will the movie draw inspiration from the 1980s series of the Suicide Squad which makes Deadshot one of the main characters? We shall see! But, the…

As the second Avengers movie, it could not compare to the original Avengers film and certainly can easily be forgotten in light of Infinity War. There were choppy sequences, a terribly executed and unwarranted romance, and fillers scenes that went on for far too long. Ultron should have been an interesting villain, but he could not hold up to Loki’s performance in the previous installment. Infinity War and Endgame co-director Joe Russo was speaking about Avengers: Age…

Christian Bale’s Batman was different, in a world that was made to exist within the “real” world rather than the fantasy that we often see the Caped Crusader living within. It was Batman’s 80th birthday and Nolan decided to share that a little white lie went into the making of the first film, Batman Begins. Apparently, the studio wasn’t exactly…

Dark Phoenix will be releasing soon and this will very well be the end of the current continuity, which has some fans divided. It’s been reported that Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool will most likely be the only aspect carried over and if Marvel wants to include characters such Wolverine, Professor X, and Storm in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, they’re going to recast. At WonderCon, Alexandra Shipp, who…

During my review of the first episode, which premiered right after the Super Bowl; I had even made a comparison to Wolverine and Laura’s relationship. While I myself had never seen the original movie Hanna and am unaware of their bond in the film, I can say that the series does continue to have that similar feel to Logan, with a splash of…

Remember in the first season when we all viewed Technical Boy as just the little shit who was really just a nuisance in the story? His transformation has grown in the second season and in the fourth episode, we are given a new dimension to this character. The fourth episode does show how this season is different than the previous one, but it’s a good installment to have in the middle…

Casting announcements such as Kahyun Kim as New Media and Devery Jacobs as Sam Black Crow were both well publicized prior to American Gods’ second season. But, why wasn’t it announced that Luke Cage’s Mustafa Shakir would be in it as well!? Last month I posted an article that speculated that Shakir had seemingly hinted that he would be playing Baron Samedi in the second season and now I can officially confirm it based on an Instagram post the actor recently shared: https://www.instagram.com/p/BvmY7ryHwRN/ We already know Mad Sweeney is heading to New Orleans, stating to Laura in the second episode…

Law & Order: SVU has officially been renewed for a 21st season – making history as it becomes the longest-running prime-time television show. We’re all thankful to see our favorites characters returning to continue their story, but it seems like one will not be joining the others. Philip Winchester debuted his character ADA Peter Stone on SVU in the middle of season 19, replacing Raul Esparza’s popular Rafael Barba’s shoes. The character had crossed over from the now-canceled Chicago Justice and along with congratulating the team on SVU’s renewal, Winchester announced his departure from the show. https://twitter.com/philipwinchestr/status/1111683442545029120 It’s unclear whether…
