Poor Peter Parker. As if he didn’t have a hard enough time in Avengers: Infinity War, it seems that his sequel Spider-Man: Far From Home, will be full of villains. So far, we have Mysterio, Vulture, Chameleon, and Hydro-Man (rumor), but the bad guys aren’t stopping. This is just a rumor, but there’s a possibility we could see Mark Raxton aka Molten Man. This rumor comes from a Molten Man figure that will apparently be included in a LEGO set that’s being put into production for the upcoming film. We probably won’t know for sure until closer to the movie…

I never thought when I began watching HBO’s Game of Thrones that Jaime Lannister would go on to be one of my favorite characters on the show. My colleague Kevin Scott did a fantastic job highlighting the transformation that the Lannister brother had throughout the series. As we look forward to the final season of the show based on the books by George R.R. Martin, A Song of Fire and Ice; some of the actors from the series began voicing their thoughts and feelings ahead of the series finale. Audiobooks really have redefined reading. While books on tape have been a thing for some time, the creation of such digital apps like Audible has made listening to your favorite books easier. Now, with well-known actors becoming involved, the allure is grander. It’s like when you hear an upcoming movie has some of your favorite artists in it, you want to see it for that very reason. Comic book writers and illustrators are the unsung heroes, as if it weren’t for their creations, the movies would have nothing to base their characters off of. Long-time comic-book writer and colorist Marie Severin has passed away at the age of 89. I felt it appropriate to highlight this loss, as she was a pioneer who broke into the industry in the 40s. Becoming a regular colorist for EC Comics, she went on to be inducted in 2001 in the Will Eisner Hall of Fame. In the…

Robert Downey Jr. is ageless. To prove that, the Hollywood Reporter tweeted out test footage of Downey for the original Iron Man movie. Iron Man one was released ten years ago and is what started off the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Essentially the godfather of the MCU, there has now been twenty films in total and there doesn’t seem like any plans to stop. Though Tony Stark is known for being arrogant, witty, funny, and have massive anxiety problems that o one seems to talk about, Downey’s original take was much darker, as you can see below. https://twitter.com/THR/status/1035170273543127040 It’s hard to…
