If you’re a fan of Snowpiercer, the Bong Joon-Ho film that starred Chris Evans from 2013; then you’re probably excited for TNT’s prequel series. You also might be asking where does this series take place? We’ve already been told that it takes place seven years after the Second Ice age began on Earth, but wherein the story does it take place compared to the mythos we’re used to from the live-action film?
Now we’re being given a timeline to map out exactly where everything takes place. This includes the movie, the TV show, and graphic novels. The TV series will take place in between the prequel trilogy and the original graphic novel trilogy. The movie takes place during the original trilogy. The comic was created by Jacques Lob and Jean-Marc Rochette. Benjamin Legrand wrote two sequels and Matz wrote the prequels.
Snowpiercer will premiere as a TV series in May. Are you excited?
