If you’ve watched the new Dark Phoenix trailer, you can see that it is teased that Jennifer Lawrence’s Mystique will *spoiler* die in the upcoming X-Men movie. Director Simon Kinberg confirms this and reveals why this decision was made and why it was revealed before people even see the movie: https://twitter.com/GeekVibesNation/status/1100991848091475968 “Well, the thought process behind that was to primarily show that this is a movie that is unlike other X-Men movies. Due to scheduling conflicts, Smith will not be returning for the second film in the franchise, which will be titled The Suicide Squad and directed and written by former Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn. This would, sort of; make sense, considering the next movie would be considered a relaunch and not so much a sequel. Still, fans and the studio were…

First, let’s talk about how gorgeous the illustration of this series is. When we see Diana, we can feel her presence radiate through the pages. She not only has grace, but the strength to lead and go up against her enemies. She is kind and nurturing, but also strong enough to now cower in the face of danger. In this issue, Diana is going up against something almost similar to the Civil War conflict in the Marvel comics. After her last…

Save the Aquaman series, this Martian Manhunter series really captures my heart and any installment that is released excites me to no end. If you haven’t gotten the idea from my previous two reviews, I love this story.
