Boo-yah!! Teen Titans Go to The Movies is a Hit

Kevin ScottA few of my favorite things include my pet dragon (Drogon), Game of Thrones, Disney movies and theme parks, the MCU, DC movies, Star Wars, sports, and my rather large Funko Pop collection. Daenerys Targaryen is my queen, Robert Downey Jr is my man crush, and Simba is my spirit animal.

Superman is Important to WB Says Geoff Johns

Man of Steel came out over 5 years ago and fans are still wondering when they will get a sequel. You could make a case that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was a sequel since it does pick up directly after the events of Man of Steel, but it’s just not the same. BvS was just as much a Batman movie as it was a Superman film and fans want a traditional sequel to the film. Henry Cavill has gone on the record to say what story he would like to adapt and has even hinted at who he would

Drink A Beer With ‘Aquaman’? Jason Momoa Says Yes

Jason Momoa (Aquaman, Conan) always come across as this care-free, never say die attitude. He seems like the nicest most down to Earth guy in the world who if you asked him to have a beer he would probably slap an ice cold Guinness in your hands and say bottoms up. Well he might not say “bottoms up” but he for sure would slap an ice cold Guinness in your hands since he seems to be the unofficial spokesperson for the company. I always imagine that the roles Momoa plays are just extensions of who he is in real life. During

Looking to the Future – Films and Television of 2019

It’s all over. The votes are in and looking ahead, 2019 might be the biggest year ever for geeks like myself. Some of the biggest (and in “Game of Thrones” case, most awarded) TV shows of all time are coming to a close next year. 2019 will mark the end of “Game of Thrones”, “Gotham”, and possibly “Marvel’s Agents of Shield.” It will also see the end of the “Infinity War”saga with release of “Avenger’s 4” (or whatever they end up calling it). Perhaps the title will be: “Avengers 4: The quest to bring back all of the heroes we

What Are Those?! ‘SHAZAM!’ Director Explains Boot Change

When then first official image for Shazam! was released by Entertainment Weekly just before Comic Con, people noticed a big difference in the characters outfit. Before the official image there were several on set leaks that showed Zachary Levi (Shazam) wearing solid gold boots but that was not the case for the EW image. That image showed the actor wearing an open style boot that allowed us to see his costume through the boot itself. Of course people do what they do best and they took to Twitter to complain and they even asked director David Sandberg who posted this

David Sandberg Gives More Details Regarding ‘SHAZAM!’ Story Line

For the most part the SHAZAM! marketing has focused on star Zachary Levi (Chuck, Thor: Ragnarok) and rightfully so since he plays the superhero Shazam. But the other star of the film, Asher Angel (Billy Batson) has his own agenda in the film when he is not trying to save the world. Recently ComicBook.com sat down with director David Sandberg who had this to say regarding Billy’s mission: “He’s trying to find his family… His mom is still out there. But once he gets these powers, he’s just trying to figure out what to do with them and how it

Jeffrey Dean Morgan Confirms ‘Flashpoint’ Isn’t Happening Anytime Soon

Ever since the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice fans have been speculating about the role of Thomas Wayne in the future of the DC extended universe. At first everything was pointing to a Flashpoint storyline

Henry Cavill Has A Good Idea For The Next Superman Film

The last time we saw Henry Cavill as Superman was last year in Justice League and his role was memorable but not for the reasons you would think. His latest turn as Superman was marred by a horrible CGI face to remove his mustache which he had grown for his current film, Mission: Impossible – Fallout. Despite all the issues with Justice League, Henry has maintained his position on wanting to continue to play Superman and also bring some great story lines to the big screen. During a recent Facebook LIVE session the star told viewers that he would love to adapt the

A Doubter Converted – DC’s ‘SHAZAM’

So with end of the SDCC, we have our first official “Shazam” trailer. Count me among those kind of relieved. I was among those who was somewhat skeptical with the casting of Zachary Levi to play Captain Mar…excuse me, I meant “Shazam.” You have to understand, I’m a child of the 70’s whose first introduction to “Shazam/Captain Marvel” was from the old CBS TV show: “The Shazam!/Isis Hour.” In fact, I pretty much realized my future wife was cool when she admitted to being a huge fan of “Isis.” To this day I think she still believes if she puts
