SPOILER WARNING: There are a few things that are unforgivable in this world. Biting your fork while eating, not using your blinker when turning, and Loki’s death in Avengers: Infinity War. Tom Hiddleston has played the God of Mischief since the first Thor movie in 2011. Since then, Hiddleston has become a cornerstone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans look forward to his appearances at conventions, his name dropped in movies, and almost every villain in the MCU we always compare to Loki. Sure, we probably knew he’d die in Infinity War. I was accepting it. Even as a…

Just like Bobby Martin who went to the attic for a pair of skis and never came back down in All My Children, we have yet to see the return of one character in The Walking Dead. While Heath had been around for a couple of seasons prior to his departure in season seven, he was never officially killed and therefore we have to ask, where did he go? Heath was last seen in “Swear”, the 6th episode of season seven, when he and Tara run into trouble while looking for the community Oceanside. The two are split up and…

The Sci-Fi genre is alive and well. 21 days after Netflix released Altered Carbon, the streaming service offered another neo-noir, cyberpunk original featuring a hot Swede as the lead. Alexander Skarsgard is the main character in this Duncan Jones film, about a mute bartender who lost his voice due to an accident when he was little. Coming from an Amish family, “Leo” was not able to get the surgery he needed to repair his vocal cords and as a result, lost his ability to speak. Now an adult, he bartends and carves wood and the movie really begins when he realizes his girlfriend has vanished without…

There are times I wish I was allowed a notepad in the movie theater to document exactly how I felt and what I thought of a film while seeing it. For a two hour movie, a lot happened within the Justice League; coincidentally, not a lot happened at all either. It’s been around four weeks since DC’s superhero packed feature had its theatrical release and though I’m just seeing it now, I guess it’s better late than never. Let’s get this review started! SPOILERS AHEAD!!

Movies centering around an apocalypse of some sort are a dime a dozen. Every year there’s always a handful of films that come out within this genre, as well as plenty of televisions shows spanning every network and streaming service. While there are standouts such as 28 Days Later, Mad Max: Fury Road, and The Walking Dead, nothing is particularly unique about these movies/tv shows anymore. So, how did 2011’s The Divide stack up? Spoilers ahead!

Kong: Skull Island premiered on February 28, 2017. Almost everyone knows the story of King Kong – it’s about as well known as Godzilla. And after the 2005 remake (featuring Adrian Brody and Jack Black), I wondered if we really needed another redo. Kong: Skull Island had a great cast. It was a small Marvel Cinematic Universe reunion with Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), and Brie Larson (Captain Marvel). On top of that, the film featured a diverse cast that all showcased their own stories and importance in the film. Taking place in the 1970s rather than the…

The next installment of the IT franchise takes place 27 years after the events of the first film. We already know our cast members for the adult Losers club, but it seems like the younger crew will return for some flashback scenes. Filming is now underway for the hit suspense thriller’s sequel and we all know that no set scenes are safe from the internet; although none of us fans are going to complain. In a recent video posted on Twitter, we see adult Beverly Marsh (played by Jessica Chastain) presumably reminiscing of when she and Bill were younger. Sophia Lillis…

Avengers: Infinity War has now been released on digital HD. Even though we have to wait until August 14th to purchase the film on Blu Ray and DVD, we can still through our money at Google Play and the Apple Store. The third installment in the Avengers franchise was filled with action, funny moments, fantastic visuals, and who can forget all the sad parts that we were subjected to? Below I’ve compiled some of the saddest scenes in the Avengers, but please feel free to let me know what saddened you the most in Infinity War. If you haven’t seen…

“The world has enough superheroes.” That is the tagline for the new Venom trailer, released only about an hour ago. What a great line to have that really sets the tone for what fans can expect when watching this movie. I just literally ran to watch the trailer and I have so many thoughts swirling in my mind right about now. Venom is a Sony production that is in association with Marvel; essentially maybe but not maybe existing within the MCU. We can perhaps pretend. Tom Hardy plays Eddie Brock, a journalist who becomes entangled with a secret lab experiment…

Andrew Lincoln’s announced departure from the hit show The Walking Dead came as a shock to most fans. While there was always a chance that Rick may not make it to the end of the series and Carl may take up the mantle, that concept was quickly scraped the moment they killed off Chandler Riggs’s character. You had to have some member of the Grimes family leading the show for it to still be TWD, right? Season 9 will be Andrew Lincoln’s last season and although we don’t know how the storyline will be without Rick Grimes, we do have…
