It is that relationship that Sam Jackson describes as an important one, for both of their characters. At that time, Nick was just starting his Shield career,…

First off a new poster was released showing the light and the dark of the Star Wars universe during the Skywalker saga. This is a fitting tribute as that story is slated to complete after the upcoming film (see above). In addition some more guests were added to the event as the actor who has been filling Peter Mayhew’s furry shoes will be included. Joonas Suotamo, who has played Chewbacca in recent Star Wars movie projects like The Force Awakens, The…

Fans who have been waiting with baited breath for the release of Fox’s New Mutants appears to be facing more disappointment as it is being suggested that another delay is a possibility. Originally scheduled to be released last April, it was delayed for additional reshoots to make it scarier and to introduce new characters into the mix. That meant that an August 2019 release was planned but now that also appears in jeopardy according to a tweet by Scott Bechtel, host of Merc with a Podcast. His sources report a possible November release or perhaps, a straight to Hulu release in October. The…

However, Warner Brothers has announced that they have pushed the project to the fall. This is to allow for more pre-production time as needed. While past Warner Bros administrations have rushed films to meet their scheduled release date, the current leadership is not afraid to take the time to give their films the best chance to succeed. Since the last film made almost 650 million world wide,…

That is the case with DC with the monumental box office numbers for Aquaman.  While it was thought that DC would try to keep a unified Universe for their heroes, much like Marvel has had success in doing, the overwhelming reaction to Aquaman has made them think that stand alone, individual stories is the way to go at this time. This was intimated by a recent discussion Toby Emmerich, chairman of Warner Bros. Pictures…

Well here’s a possibility that might juice that excitement even more. In the Hollywood Reporter Heat Vision newsletter, they are reporting that McQuarrie is contemplating bringing back both Henry Cavill’s August Walker character and Alec Baldwin’s Alan Hunley in the form of flashbacks. While not even a script has been started at this point, and this fits neatly in the category of conjecture at this time, does the idea…

So much in fact that as James Wan was making Aquaman, they wanted Snyder to have no access to the production. Apparently, James Wan had other ideas as reported in a recent interview with Neil Daly who test screened both the Justice League and Aquaman before their release. According to Daly, WB really didn’t want Snyder to see what they were doing with Aquaman but Wan was trying to steer the King of Atlantis away from the…

Review – ‘The Orville’ Season 2, Episode 3: Home Fox

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”13633″ img_size=”825×464″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]The latest episode of The Orville tugged at the heartstrings, brought back a couple of former Star Trek alums, and ended with a series regular making their goodbyes. Being a sentimental type of guy, I would call that a successful episode. So let’s delve into this installment entitled “Home.” The show starts out in the ship’s mess hall, which is becoming a popular set piece for life aboard ship. Being Friday, the crew has come to expect and wager on a weekly arm-wrestling match between Issac and Alara (Halston Sage). It has been a competitive series with Alara getting…

In this case, in a rumor that was recently shared to a Harley Quinn fan site, it is suggested that Miss Quinn might be missing in action for the next Suicide Squad. Of course, other than the fact that James Gunn is working on the script, nothing else is known so pretty much anything one hears would be considered a rumor at this point. This same source also reports that the possible Joker/Harley Quinn film…
