Damon Lindelof Says Watchmen Series is a Sequel, Not a Reboot

In a sit down with Entertainment weekly, Lindelof spoke about the series and how fans of the Watchmen can place the tv show within the franchise. Lindelof was sure to shoot down any concerns of the series is a reboot and made it seem as if the team is honoring the comic book stories authentically: “Look, [the new series] certainly fits into the “sequel” box, and definitely doesn’t fit into the “reboot” box.
