With the final season appearing sometime next year, Game of Thrones fans are gradually learning to accept the fact that their favorite show is ending. There was a lot of speculation and discussion when Alec Baldwin was initially hired to portray Thomas Wayne in the new The Joker movie. It was debated about how Baldwin would approach the role, and then the debate continued upon his subsequent dropping from the project. The fact remained however, the part still needed to be filled. For a man without any powers and at first glance might look like an accountant, Phillip J. Coulson certainly gets around and appears to have his foot in a lot of doors. Think back to the beginning of the MCU and Iron Man.
