A girl with too many fandoms to count.

It’s no secret and no surprise that Black Panther was a huge success. The amount of people who made their way to the theaters to support this film was no small number and to gauge the records that Black Panther broke, BP was the first film to break Saudi Arabia’s 35-year movie theater ban, with men and women sitting together. Since Black Panther is still playing in the theaters, it has crossed another milestone, grossing $700 million domestically this weekend. That’s right, 700 million dollars. Black Panther is the third film ever to pass $700 million, along with being the…

Iron Fist season two is around the corner and while everyone is excited about the possibility of a new and improved Danny Rand, there is someone in Iron Fist that I am looking forward to being reunited with. Ward Meachum. You may remember him as the character in the first season who we all thought was a bit of a pretentious ass. After delving further into the show, we watch him become a heroin addict, and then learn about the dark secrets he has been forced to keep from his sister for years. As someone who just didn’t ask for…

At this point, we all know that Andrew Lincoln is departing the show. Due to wanting to be closer to his family in England, he has made the decision to leave the show. When an actor leaves The Walking Dead, it’s typically not in a nice fashion. Either you are turned into a walker or killed off in a pretty horrific way i.e. Negan killing off Glenn and Abraham in the season seven premiere. Andrew Lincoln has expressed that despite the limited options, he really doesn’t want to see Rick killed off. Bringing up Lennie James, who plays Morgan; Lincoln pointed…

It’s hard to remember that Arya Stark’s star Maisie Williams was a very young girl when the show first started out. The characters of Game of Thrones may have grown up around violence, drinking, and plenty of sex, but the actors behind the scenes were young children just like you and I once were. At the age of 14, Williams was around plenty of NC-17 raciness that she described as being quite awkward to be around. “The sex was just quite embarrassing and awkward for us,” Williams says about her and Sophie Turner, who was only fifteen at the beginning…

The upcoming Venom movie, starring Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock; is gauging mixed reviews from fans. While there are some that are utterly excited for the film, others have yet to decide if this is something that that is going to rock or tank. We all know that Hardy has tremendous acting chops and despite the skepticism, there’s no doubt that he will have given it his all no matter the outcome. We mustn’t forget that Hardy is not the first time we’ve had the anti-hero symbiote on the big screen. Topher Grace, star of That 70s Show; donned the…

One of them being Ezra Miller’s rendition of Barry Allen aka the Flash. According to reports, the film centered around the scarlet speedster will begin production in February of 2019. Miller’s Barry Allen added some sparks of comic relief in Justice League, as someone who didn’t feel connected with the rest of humanity and was desperately in search of an accepting community. As the one superhero who hadn’t been in a fight prior, he certainly got a load of experience aligning with…

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”1441″ img_size=”2048×832″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][vc_column_text] The hit Netflix series, Orange is the New Black; may contain dozens of characters who are explored and developed to the point where we more often care about them more than the main character, but the premise of the show is centered around Piper Chapman. Based around the autobiography by the real Chapman, the show has taken a lot of creative liberties since its first season, but still remains as one of the most watched and anticipated shows on the streaming service. SPOILERS AHEAD! While Piper was released from prison in season six’s finale, the…

When it comes to anything pertaining to Netflix’s The Punisher, I am at full attention and ready to speculate. Despite enjoying all the other Marvel shows, the one centering around Frank Castle still remains as my favorite. While we have already seen the second seasons of Luke Cage and Jessica Jones, Iron Fist releasing in a few months, and Daredevil season three rumored to release later this year, this leaves us with the likelihood that we won’t see the second season for everyone’s favorite anti-hero until early 2019. In the meantime, we have our theories and behind the scene shots.…

Four new seasons of Marvel original shows on Netflix. You heard that right. Not only did we have Luke Cage and Jessica Jones season two with Iron Fist’s second season on the way, but it seems like we’re also getting Daredevil’s highly anticipated season three. The Devil of Hell’s kitchen is the street-level hero who started this whole thing and his third year has been waited on for some time, with fans believing we’d probably not see him again until 2019 considering we’re already getting three in 2018. But, Netflix’s initiative to produce these shows out faster seems to be…

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It’s late and I’m tired, I should probably go to bed. But, instead, I’m up watching Den of Thieves, a heist movie that released in January of this year. The first thing I need to acknowledge about this film is holy crap, there are so many well-known faces in this picture, at least well known to me. We have Gerard Butler, Pablo Schreiber, O’Shea Jackson Jr. (oldest son of well known rapped Ice Cube), 50 Cent, Evan Jones, Cooper Andrews (The Walking Dead), Maurice Compte (Narcos), Lewis Tan (Iron Fist and Deadpool 2), and so many more. I’m out of…
